Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead cloud infrastructure optimization on AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS)
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct A/B testing and data-driven performance tuning
- Stay current with emerging tech trends and security best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in object-oriented development
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs
- Strong AWS deployment experience (EC2, S3, CloudFormation)
- Proficiency with Git, Maven, and CI/CD methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
