Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Lead the design and development of robust, scalable software architectures using modern best practices and clean code principles.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features on tight deadlines.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews and enforcing technical standards.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and professional growth.
- Optimization: Proactively identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance, latency, and system scalability.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues in production environments and provide innovative solutions to business challenges.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
- Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with experience in React, Angular, or Node.js.
- Cloud: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Database: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Agile: Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
