Responsibilities
- Architect scalable microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization with Jenkins and Terraform
- Implement AWS cloud solutions with Lambda and DynamoDB
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Drive technical debt reduction and performance optimization
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements
- Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go/Java
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and containerization
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and gRPC
- Experience with CI/CD tools and infrastructure-as-code
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to lead complex projects from conception to deployment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
