Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, QA) to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Lead code reviews, perform architectural analysis, and ensure code quality and scalability.
- Optimize application performance, ensure security compliance, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript and experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Experience with database management systems (SQL and NoSQL) and version control (Git).
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
