Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices-based architectures using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead code reviews and enforce CI/CD best practices
- Optimize system performance for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Collaborate with DevOps on cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Contribute to open-source initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native technologies
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and event-driven architecture
- Proven track record with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
