Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish engineering best practices within the team.
- Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability and 99.9% uptime.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and development to deployment and maintenance.
- Drive technical debt reduction through refactoring and architectural improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with deep knowledge of object-oriented design patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and RESTful API design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
