Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java/Python
- Lead cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-impact features
- Optimize application performance and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and pair programming
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to open-source projects and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with cloud technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Expertise in microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React/Node.js
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code
- Proven track record of mentoring and technical leadership
