Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Go and Python on AWS/GCP
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Kubernetes and Terraform
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and tech reviews
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct performance profiling and system scalability analysis
- Collaborate with product teams to define API contracts and SLAs
- Champion security best practices across distributed systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in production-level backend development
- Expertise in distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Proficiency with containerization (Docker/K8s) and infrastructure-as-code
- Strong algorithmic problem-solving skills (LeetCode/CodeSignal)
- Bachelor's in CS or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus/Grafana)
- Contributions to open-source projects (GitHub portfolio required)
