Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance microservices using Python/Java
- Lead code reviews and implement CI/CD pipelines in AWS/GCP
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through pair programming and architecture sessions
- Optimize system performance and resolve production issues proactively
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to open-source projects and patent novel innovations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with Python/Java
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of architecting scalable distributed systems
- Strong background in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
