Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews, perform rigorous testing, and ensure code quality and best practices across the team.
- Optimize application performance, reduce latency, and troubleshoot complex technical issues in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go with deep understanding of system architecture.
- Strong experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js for front-end development.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
