Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement highly scalable distributed systems using microservices architecture.
- Lead code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers and engineers.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensure high availability, and troubleshoot complex production issues.
- Drive technical decisions and influence the engineering roadmap.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and integrate them into our development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least one modern language (Python, Java, Go, or Rust).
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
