Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Optimize AWS Lambda functions for 99.99% availability
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Lead CI/CD pipeline modernization initiatives
- Contribute to open-source projects used by 2M+ developers
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct A/B tests on core platform features
Qualifications
- 5+ years of backend development experience
- Expertise in distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Proficiency with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code
- Strong knowledge of gRPC and RESTful APIs
- Experience with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating production-grade projects
