Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable microservices using Java/Python
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Lead technical sprint planning and backlog grooming
- Collaborate with Product and UX teams to define technical requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and React
- Strong AWS/GCP deployment experience
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent
- Agile/Scrum methodology proficiency
- CI/CD pipeline implementation
- Problem-solving with complex algorithms
