Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and develop high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability in cloud environments.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of excellence.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Strong experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure.
