Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Java/Spring Boot and Node.js
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization with AWS and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct performance tuning and security vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with product teams to deliver MVPs and feature roadmaps
- Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend software development
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proven track record with RESTful APIs and GraphQL
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
