Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead code reviews and optimize CI/CD pipelines for 99.99% uptime
- Mentor 3+ engineers through pair programming and technical workshops
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical specifications
- Implement advanced security protocols for PCI-compliant systems
- Conduct A/B tests on algorithmic trading platforms
- Collaborate with data scientists to deploy ML models in production
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go/Java
- Expertise in AWS services (Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB) and Terraform
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Proficiency in gRPC, Kafka, and container orchestration
- Experience with financial systems or high-throughput APIs
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Contributions to open-source projects or patents preferred
