Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Review: Lead peer code reviews, ensuring code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust, efficient fixes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define features and deliverables.
- Documentation: Create clear technical documentation and API specifications to facilitate team knowledge sharing.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and optimize code for speed and scalability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Core Tech: Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
- Frontend: Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Cloud: Familiarity with AWS or Azure infrastructure.
- Agile: Proven track record in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
