Responsibilities
- Lead full-lifecycle development of microservices using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Design RESTful APIs with Python/Node.js and modern frameworks
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Terraform
- Optimize system performance and database queries

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
