Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for AWS infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps
- Contribute to open-source projects and internal tooling
- Conduct system performance tuning and scalability analysis

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Expertise in Go, Python, and distributed systems
- Proficiency with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, EKS)
- Strong background in Docker and container orchestration
- Experience with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
