Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP)
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical documentation
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and DevOps practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements
- Contribute to open-source projects and internal innovation labs
- Ensure application security and performance through rigorous testing
- Participate in agile ceremonies and architectural planning sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Python/Java/Go
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong background in RESTful API design and event-driven architectures
- Proficient with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and caching strategies
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and infrastructure-as-code
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and system design capabilities
