Responsibilities
- Architect and develop cloud-native microservices using Java/Spring Boot and Python
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Implement scalable REST APIs and GraphQL endpoints
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and caching strategies
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical blog publications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend/full-stack development
- Expertise in Java, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Proficiency with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and IaC (Terraform)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset
