Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement high-performance, scalable software solutions for our core platform.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, performance tuning, and debugging to ensure system reliability and security.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the team.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
