Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices architecture using cloud-native technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical reviews
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices
- Architect solutions for 10M+ user scalability challenges

Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in production-level software development
- Expertise in at least one modern framework (React, Node.js, or .NET Core)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture
- Proficiency in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and IaC (Terraform)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Proven track record of shipping enterprise-grade SaaS products
