Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, cloud-native software solutions using modern technologies.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship to junior engineers, and foster a culture of engineering excellence.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring high availability and low latency for end-users.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Strong experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
