Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Optimize database performance and design RESTful APIs with 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Drive DevOps automation using CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute to open-source projects and present at quarterly tech showcases
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Expertise in Java, Python, or JavaScript with modern frameworks (React, Angular)
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization technologies
- Strong background in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and caching strategies
