Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software systems using modern languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, and other engineers) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a focus on best practices, security, and performance optimization.
- Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and participate in technical architecture discussions.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement robust solutions to ensure system stability.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript (React/Node.js).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
