Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable backend services using Go/Java/Python
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Debug complex production issues and drive system reliability initiatives
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in distributed systems development
- Expertise in microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong proficiency in at least one JVM language (Java/Kotlin) or Go
- Proven track record of shipping high-traffic applications
- Experience with cloud-native monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
