Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for rapid deployment in Kubernetes environments
- Lead design sessions for new features using Agile methodologies
- Debug and resolve complex production issues with advanced monitoring tools
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java and Spring
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
