Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization with Jenkins and Kubernetes
- Architect secure REST APIs for high-traffic healthcare applications
- Mentor 2-3 junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Drive technical strategy for AWS cloud infrastructure migration
- Conduct performance tuning and database optimization (PostgreSQL)
- Partner with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in Java/Spring ecosystem
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Proven track record building production-grade APIs
- Strong grasp of TDD and clean architecture principles
- Experience with healthcare compliance (HIPAA/FHIR)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
