Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS
- Mentor 2-3 junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming

- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements using Jenkins and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Contribute to open-source projects and tech blog publications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of backend development experience with Java and Python
- Expertise in cloud architectures (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Strong grasp of distributed systems and event-driven programming
- Proven experience mentoring engineering teams
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system designs
