Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance, scalable software applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to architectural standards.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and system bottlenecks.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead technical discussions within the agile development team.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-deployment monitoring.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices to ensure our products remain competitive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java and Python with deep knowledge of frameworks such as Spring and Django.
- Experience with AWS or Azure cloud services and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
