Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages (Python, Java, or Go).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning sessions to drive engineering excellence.
- Identify and resolve technical debt, optimize application performance, and troubleshoot complex issues in production environments.
- Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure software reliability and security.
- Contribute to the technical documentation and knowledge base of the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in at least two major programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java).
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
