Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern technologies.
- Development Lifecycle: Lead the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve complex technical challenges, including performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features that exceed customer expectations.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong portfolio of delivered projects.
- Languages: Proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, Java, Go, or C#.
- Web Technologies: Strong experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) or backend frameworks (Django, Spring, Node.js).
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
