Responsibilities
- Design and Development: Architect and implement scalable web applications using modern technologies and best practices.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a focus on test-driven development (TDD).
- Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance to ensure speed, reliability, and responsiveness.
- Problem Solving: Debug complex issues in production environments and provide robust engineering solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technologies: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with experience in React or Angular for front-end development.
- Database: Strong knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and experience with NoSQL solutions.
- Cloud: Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS or Azure.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Agile: Demonstrated experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
