Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust cloud-native applications using microservices architecture
- Lead code reviews and enforce best practices in CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize system performance and security through rigorous testing and monitoring
- Guide architectural decisions for scalable, maintainable codebases
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and knowledge sharing sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Expert proficiency in Java, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Strong experience with AWS/Azure cloud services and container orchestration
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from conception to deployment
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence workflows
