Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS
- Lead code reviews and enforce best practices across development teams
- Optimize system performance and resolve complex technical debt
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical sessions
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Kubernetes
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical publications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Expertise in Java, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Proven experience with microservices architecture and REST APIs
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
