Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Optimize system performance and lead CI/CD pipeline improvements
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Implement robust security protocols and maintain system reliability
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent TechNova at tech conferences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with Python/Java/Go
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Strong background in RESTful API design and microservices architecture
- Proficiency with modern CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitLab CI)
- Experience with database optimization (PostgreSQL/MongoDB)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in agile environments
