Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Go, Python, and Kubernetes
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and design reviews
- Drive CI/CD pipeline automation with Terraform and Jenkins
- Lead security-first coding practices and vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in distributed systems and cloud-native development
- Expertise in at least two modern backend languages (Go/Python/Rust)
- Proven track record with Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless architectures
- Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and system design
- Certified AWS/GCP professional or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving with complex debugging scenarios
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
