Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot on AWS infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural planning sessions
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL, Redis) and CI/CD pipelines
- Lead migration projects for legacy systems to cloud-native architectures
- Contribute to product roadmap discussions with stakeholders
- Implement security best practices (OAuth, SAML, encryption)
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development with Java/Kotlin
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record designing RESTful APIs and event-driven systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with distributed systems debugging
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
