Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-scale, distributed software systems using modern architectural patterns.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define feature requirements and deliver high-quality software.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical debt within the codebase.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment and monitoring.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or C#).
- Strong experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS or Azure, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Demonstrated expertise in relational and non-relational databases (SQL and NoSQL).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
