Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on DevOps best practices
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex production issues
- Contribute to open-source initiatives and patent-pending security algorithms
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java or Python
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and container orchestration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Security certifications (CISSP, OSCP) or equivalent practical experience
