Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Go and Python
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins and Kubernetes
- Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS and GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Define technical roadmaps for product scalability
- Conduct root cause analysis for production incidents
- Partner with Product and Design teams to translate requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of backend development experience
- Expertise in distributed systems and RESTful APIs
- Proficiency with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Experience with event-driven architectures
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
