Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using AWS Lambda and Docker
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers
- Optimize database performance for high-traffic maritime APIs
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab CI
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Implement security best practices across all codebases
- Contribute to open-source projects used by our partners
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Expertise in Python, Node.js, and React frameworks
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
