The Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will mentor junior developers and work closely with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern programming languages (Python, Java, or JavaScript).
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following SOLID principles and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define features and improve user experience.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure software stability and security.
- Optimize application performance and refactor legacy codebases.
- Contribute to technical documentation and architecture decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
