Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable cloud-based solutions using Go and Kubernetes
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through pair programming and technical reviews
- Optimize system performance, reducing latency by 40% quarterly
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements using Terraform and Jenkins
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute to open-source projects and publish technical blog posts
- Conduct rigorous testing and ensure 99.9% system uptime
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development with Go/Python
- Expertise in distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Proficiency with AWS/Azure and container orchestration (Docker/K8s)
- Strong background in data structures and algorithm optimization
- Experience leading agile development teams and Jira workflows
