Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using Node.js, Python, and Go
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers to elevate team standards
- Optimize system architecture for scalability and reliability on AWS infrastructure
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement robust security practices and maintain system compliance
- Drive continuous improvement through performance monitoring and A/B testing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization technologies
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, or Go)
- Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems
- Proven track record of shipping production code at scale
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence workflows
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
