Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and product enhancements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java, with experience in React or Angular preferred.
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL/NoSQL) and API design.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
