Responsibilities
- Architect scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS/Azure
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize microservices for 99.99% uptime and latency <20ms
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Lead agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Conduct security audits and compliance testing
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development (Java/Python)
- Expertise in distributed systems and RESTful APIs
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP certification preferred)
- Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms
- Experience with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system implementations
