Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization with AWS and Kubernetes

- Mentor 3+ engineers through code reviews and architectural planning
- Conduct performance testing and security audits
- Drive cloud migration initiatives using Terraform
- Partner with product teams to translate business requirements
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Expertise in Java, Python, and distributed systems
- Proficient with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and DevOps tools
- Strong background in financial technology or SaaS products
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
