Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Python, Java, and Go on AWS/GCP infrastructure
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers while establishing best practices
- Optimize system performance using Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
- Architect secure, GDPR-compliant solutions for financial data processing
- Partner with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent InnovateTech at tech conferences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building production-grade web applications with modern frameworks
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and serverless architectures
- Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL solutions
- Proficient in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
